Mean, Mode, Median, Range

Hello My Name Is Cordell. and today I'm going to talk about

Mean, Mode, Median and Range.

First of all we are going to talk about mean so mean is when you have to add up all the numbers then you have to divided it . Now we are going to move on to the mode now the mode is very simple you have to put all the numbers in smallest to biggest. Now median is when you have to make the word that you divide it by and put it by median. Now the last one is range now range is when you subtract the biggest number to the smallest number now you know what Mean, Mode, Median and Range is now.

Earthquake drill

Yesterday at 9:30 all the student at Glen Innes School had a shake out drill. If you don't know what a shakeout drill is it's when people practice their skills on what to do when an earthquake happens. So what do if there is a real earthquake you have to drop cover hold under a table or a nearby shelter. When all the students were in their classes they got stickers and a worksheet. The work sheet was for a survey and if you finished it you will get a special present so the next day only 9 people in room 10 got the present and it was a torch.

Basic Facts Goals

Today I did my first basic facts assessment for my term 4. I felt proud for my first basic facts in term 4 because I got 92% without using my hands. I think I improved a good percent in my basic facts because I had only three questions wrong. At the end of the year I want to be at stage 8 and get at least 65 percent.
